The fine print, in plain words

What can be returned

Any stock system in original condition: base uncut, hair uncut/unwashed/unstyled, packaging and tag intact. Every color — including grey and HG builds — is returnable, because every color we sell is a real stock color.

Systems with studio services applied

If we applied Pre-Cut & Styling, a custom hairline or other atelier work, the system was personalised for you — those return at 70% of the system price (the service itself is non-refundable). Crafting defects are always remade free.

Fully custom systems

Bespoke-measured systems are made for one head only. Quality issues: repaired or remade free. Change of mind on an unworn custom: 50% refund.

How refunds are paid

To your original payment method within 5 business days of the return passing inspection. You choose: refund, exchange, or store credit (+10% bonus on credit).
