Is a hair system hard to put on the first time?+
There's a short learning curve over your first two or three attachments, then it settles into about half an hour a week. The Starter Pack removes the hardest part of day one: your system arrives pre-cut and styled, with the adhesive, remover and prep you need and a step-by-step guide.
Will anyone be able to tell?+
Worn correctly, no. A skin or hybrid base sits flat against the scalp, the hair is 100% human and matched to your color, and it blends into your own side growth. The most common report from new wearers is that nobody notices — including people who see them daily.
How do I get the size and color right?+
Two measurements set the fit (see our Size & Measuring Guide), and a free photo consultation confirms the size, base and color match before anything is crafted. When you're between sizes, order up — a base is cut down to your shape, never stretched.
What if it isn't perfect the first time?+
That's normal. You can remove and re-apply without wasting anything, and our specialists are a message away. Most men have it dialled in within the first couple of weeks.
