Production times
Stock systems enter crafting within 48 hours of your order. If you add Pre-Cut & Styling or a custom hairline, allow 1–3 extra business days — your system ships ready to wear. Fully custom systems (bespoke base shape, non-stock measurements) are quoted individually during your free consultation and typically take 4–6 weeks.
Tracking
You receive the carrier tracking link by email the moment your order ships, and can follow every order any time from your account.
Customs & duties
Orders reach most destinations without any extra charge. We ship with a low, accurate declared value, so import duties rarely apply — and our discreet packaging never discloses the contents.
Where local customs charges do apply, they are the recipient’s responsibility, as with any international order. If anything is ever held for fees, reach out and we’ll help you sort it.
